Inbox

The Inbox is your central hub for messages and notifications. It brings together conversations from agent chats, workspace chats, and error notifications in one place, so you never miss anything important.

Viewing Your Inbox

The Inbox shows a list of all your messages, with unread items highlighted at the top. Click Inbox in the sidebar to open it.

Each item in the list shows the source (an agent name or "Workspace Chat"), a preview of the message, a timestamp, and a blue dot if the item is unread. If an agent is currently working on a chat, you'll see a spinner next to it. The sidebar also displays an unread count badge next to Inbox, which updates in real-time as new messages arrive.

Reading and Replying

Click any item in the list to open the full conversation on the right. The item is automatically marked as read when you open it. You can reply to any message using the input field at the bottom, or dismiss items with the close button to remove them from your inbox.

Workspace Chat

You can start a workspace chat directly from the Inbox to ask questions about your workspace. Click New Chat at the top of the Inbox to start a conversation.

Error Notifications

When an agent encounters an error during a run, you'll receive a notification in your Inbox explaining what went wrong and suggesting how to fix it. These notifications are deduplicated, so you won't receive repeated alerts for the same issue until you've read the previous one.
