What skills do we need for the Self Service plan?
You should be comfortable with APIs and workflows (Zapier/Make/HubSpot level), not ML. Most ops and automation folks are a good fit.
How do you connect to our tools and data?
We connect to your existing CRMs, support platforms, and data warehouses via APIs or synced databases.
How are agents monitored and logged?
Every execution is logged with a full audit trail, and Self Service includes unlimited logging.
How do LLM credits and usage work?
Your plan includes generous LLM credits, and heavy workloads are billed transparently on top.
Can we move between Self Service and White Glove Service?
Yes. Many customers start on Self Service and move to White Glove Service later or back again as their team changes.
What about security and data privacy?
We scope access to the minimum needed, encrypt data in transit, and log everything. If you have specific security or compliance requirements, contact us.
Can we cancel if it is not a fit?
Yes. We only want happy customers. If we’re not delivering the value you expect, you can cancel and keep access until the end of your current billing period.
